• Exercise Planning:
  • Involved in the planning and design of the tabletop exercise.
  • Ensures the exercise meets the training objectives and learning goals.
• Scenario Development:
  • Helps develop the scenarios used in the exercise, including the storyline, injects, and key events.
• Participant Coordination:
  • Coordinates participants, assigns roles, and provides guidance on their objectives and responsibilities during the exercise.

Moderation and Interaction:

• Exercise Moderation:
  • Moderates the exercise, guiding discussions, and ensuring that participants stay on track with the exercise objectives.
• Inject Management:
  • Introduces scenario injects (new developments or incidents) at appropriate times to challenge participants and drive the exercise forward.
• Debriefing:
  • Leads the debriefing session, helping participants reflect on their actions, discuss lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement.

Communication and Engagement:

• Effective Communication:
  • Ensures clear and effective communication among participants.
  • Helps participants understand their roles and the evolving scenario.
• Engagement:

Technical Operation of Simtable and Supports the Facilitator

• Setup and Configuration:
  • Responsible for setting up and configuring the Simtable hardware and software.
  • Ensures the Simtable is functioning correctly before the exercise begins.
• Simulation Management:
  • Manages the technical aspects of the simulation.
  • Loads scenarios, controls the simulation environment, and ensures realistic data inputs.
• Real-Time Adjustments:
  • Makes real-time adjustments to the simulation based on the evolving scenario and participant actions.
• Troubleshooting:
  • Handles any technical issues that arise to ensure the simulation runs smoothly without interruptions.

Visualization and Data:

• Scenario Visualization:
  • Provides visual representations of the scenarios, such as maps, charts, and data overlays.
• Data Input and Output:
  • Manages the input of data into the system.
  • Ensures that the output data is accurate and useful for participants.

Support Role:

• Technical Support:
  • Provides technical support to participants, helping them understand how to interact with the Simtable and troubleshoot any user-related issues.
• Feedback Collection:
